The clock tower feature was salvaged from the original hospital building and re-used to preserve a key historic feature.

This project forms part of a major regeneration programme for the southern part of the Town.

The scheme is part funded by Warwick District Council and Advantage West Midlands.

With the aid of The Smedley Charitable Trust, the Leamington Spa branch of Age Concern was able to acquire a redundant building adjacent to their existing shop and office.

The scheme demonstrates an ideal use for a redundant building.

Shire Hall, Warwick - Law Courts

The Partnership provided specialist conservation knowledge for major repairs of the Law Court buildings. Extensive repair works to the stonework, slate and lead roofs, internal structure and decorative plasterwork saw this imposing Grade I Listed Building restored to its former glory. Careful time-tabling and phasing of key works enabled the building to operate for as long as possible during the contract.

  • Malt House, Chepstow

    Malt House, Chepstow

This Grade II listed building suffered extensive fire damage in 2002.

The brief for the rebuilding of the office accommodation required a detailed feasibility study to be carried out to examine the introduction of an additional floor within the existing shell.

Extensive negotiations with the Local Authority and CADW proved successful and the provision of additional floor space was permitted.

The sympathetic introduction of the additional floor, together with the careful restoration of key architectural features, both internally and externally, has enabled this key historic building to be brought back to life.

For many years this group of buildings housed a local electrical wholesaler. When the business closed down the Practice was invited to modify the 1960s street scape and provide a mix of retail units and apartments.

The completed development respects the scale of the neighbouring retail units and is a subtle addition within the centre of the town's Conservation Area.
